Which button should I click? Become an RP, View Dashboard, or Start a New Integration?

Become an RP
If you’re new to ACCESS, start here. This page walks you through what it means to be a
Resource Provider and includes a comprehensive FAQ covering eligibility, expectations, the
integration process, timelines, and next steps.

View Dashboard
If you’re already an approved Resource Provider, use the dashboard to manage integrations,
track progress, complete tasks, and view validation status of your resources.

Start Integration
If you’re an approved Resource Provider and ready to integrate a specific resource, this option
lets you jump straight into the integration process.

Not sure which option applies to you? Start with Become an RP or Open a Help Ticket to
reach out to a Concierge for guidance.

How do I integrate my resource into ACCESS?

ACCESS uses an Integration Roadmaps Framework to guide how different types of infrastructure are integrated into the ACCESS environment. The process is designed to be clear, structured, and supported at every stage; you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Where can I see the status and details of ACCESS resources?

Resource Providers can view infrastructure details, operational status, and related documentation on the Active Resources page. From there, you can also access training materials and information about metrics.

Other helpful resources include:

Where can I share training, documentation, or events for my resource?

Resource Providers can promote trainings, events, and documentation through ACCESS-managed channels to reach researchers and educators.

Add your event or training to Events & Trainings.

ACCESS Documentation contain articles, training materials, user guides, and various other sources of information to assist researchers in effectively utilizing ACCESS resources and services.

ACCESS Knowledge Base includes training material and documentation contributed by the community on a variety of topics of interest.

ACCESS researchers, educators and graduate students who join an Affinity Group will get notified of trainings recommended by Resource Providers.

How do RPs monitor and manage their infrastructure?

The program utilizes various tools to manage the numerous aspects of Resource Provider integration and operation.

What support is available for RPs?

How do RPs get involved in the ACCESS community?

There are many ways for RPs to get involved in ACCESS – as a reviewer, moderator, beta tester, mentor, and more.

RPs can also join the RP Forum – an open forum of discussion topics of interest to the RP community and the formal communication channel between RP members and the ACCESS project.
